560Ti--->670GTX/680GTX PPD increase?

I'm hitting 9,950 to 11,500 PPD with my unlocked X3 @ 3.75GHz (50% F@H CPU load across all 4 cores) and a 560Ti Downclocked to 440MHz on the GPU Core.

My question is...Does anyone here know what the PPD looks like with a downclocked 670/680GTX with Afterburner? Basically is there much difference with one of those GPU's compared to the 560Ti in my system in F@H? It seems like my 560Ti downcloacked gets around 8-9k of my PPD currently if I had to guess.

Also Can both a 680 GTX and a 560Ti along with my CPU all be run independently to do 3 work units at a time, instead of the 2 work units my system currently crunches? Does a 680GTX downclocked with Afterburner get 10k PPD or more? tia guys. :)

I haven't tried downclocking my 680 but overclocked to 1200 MHz, I am getting 22K PPD. You should be able to fold fine on both GPUs but I wouldn't try to fold on both GPUs and the CPU. I don't think the X4 is enough, you'd just be wasting electricity.

my 670 at 1250-1275 is good for about 22-23k ppd.

I haven't had goodluck when I tried to combine multiple gpu architectures. I wouldn't hold my breath about successfully mixing 560 and 670.

Should be fine with the latest v7 and up to date whitelist. I was running my 680 and 260 for awhile. I also used to run a 480 and 260 together under GPU3 last year.

Ran a 460, 275 and a 250 under gpu2 & 3 with no problems, the v7 client should make it a breeze

as long as the clocks are the same the 660TI 670 and 680 should do about the same PPD since the WU's aren't limited by shader count, they are limited by shader clocks.

I believe the X4 is enough if I can get 25kPPD using 50% CPU and only a 900MHZ clock on the 560Ti I have.

I would just rather run my system at its coolest level when folding, but I wil probly stick with these clocks now that winter is coming for me. Looks like Sirmonkey is right about the shaders IMHO.

By your numbers (Tobit/Scotty8) a 670/680 won't be dramaically different for folding if you can only get 22kPPD with an OC'd 680 and I can get 25k PPD on a 560Ti. Thx for the numbers and the input guys it helped me figure out my options better! But if I can run a 680 and this 560Ti and get 47k PPD that sounds cool, along with better gaming FPS from a 670/680. It's just to bad the 5XX--->6XX doesn't really fold any better/different/faster.

they'll fold better eventually but PG is slow as feck when it comes to adding new WU's to take advantage of hardware.. i'd say another 2-3 months before we see half the potential of what all those shaders can do on kepler.

Well just give a bit more data. 560 2GB stock clocks is almost 16KPPD with 8044.
560 Ti 2GB stock clocks is 18KPPD+ with 8044

Thing I can't figure out is why my E3 1230V2 is hitting 17KPPD on 8055 but my i7 2700K is only hitting 12.5K on 8055.

Anyways at the end of the month I will be dropping down to 1 system folding. Even with temps outside dropping into the 70's my office is still to fragging hot at night not to mention the day. Although it cooled down a bit when I stopped folding on my whitebox and my notebook.
