Almost new. Three haven’t even had data written, one had the OS installed.

Bought them to make a VROC setup with an ASUS hyper V2 card... turns out the EVO models arent supported for that. Threw the boxes out on accident before I figured it out.

Ordered intel drives instead. My loss is your gain!

Why didn't those work? Asus has the 250gb 970 Evo on it's QVL for that card. Just for personal enrichment here. GLWS
 
It may work for the card as far as ASUS is concerned, but when trying to setup raid 0 via VROC on an EVGA X299 and I9 10900 the BIOS reports the drives as unsupported and they won’t show up in the intel RSTe tool.

Most likely to be an EVGA issue, as the motherboard wouldn’t recognize the CPU and POST until EVGA shipped me an update BIOS ROM. The drives and card are recognized, they all work fine in an M2 slot on the motherboard.

Dunno...
