the Intel HD630 gfx in my i7 7700k cpu states 4K Support, I have both a Mango 42”4K monitor and a new Alienware 34” 1440.
If I want to use both monitors - Alienware for gaming and Wasabi for browsing/video etc is my best bet to enable the iGPU and plug in the 4k there? Or run both off the SLI cards?

I haven't actually tested anything, but I think you get better performance on the main screen by putting the other screens on another GPU. That's what I always do.

Make sure your motherboard supports HDMI 2.0 or else you won't have fun experience running 4k, you will be limited to 4k@30hz.

Just connect everything to your first 1080Ti. I ran dual monitors on my old 980Ti SLI and it worked fine.
