Yes, it's essentially USPS/DHL handoff...who knows. I ordered a fuze on Dec 2nd and expected delivery is like Dec 11. Shipped from TN and I'm in MO. I miss the times of free shipping through FedEx. Oh well. :)
 
i went ahead and got the ups 3-day select on this for $6.99 so the $5 off code makes the better shipping $1.99 Boy this free ship is nice dont get me wrong, but i hate this dhl/usps to god knows where handoff crap. My package from last week i ordered sat 90 minutes from here for 2 days and did nothing! Great price on great GSkill ram newegg, just get your shipping act together!
 
I thought DHL was done?

also if you order anything else with UPS free shipping, it auto-upgrades the ram to UPS 3-day... Atleast it usually does...
 
i really want another set of these but wife will kill me if i bite, I must sell my 2 Gig Gskill Black editions first, Unless somone wants to trade me :D

It's tempting, but I don't know what tasks I regularly do that would actually see an appreciable performance boost with 8gb.
 
Great RAM, I'm running 8GB of it in my personal gaming rig (specs in my sig).

God it's amazing how cheap memory has gotten...
 
Good ram, I have 4GB of it. I really think Newegg needs to rethink the DHL/USPS thing. From a customer service standpoint it is crap. I have a set of ram for a laptop that I ordered last weekend and it still has not made it to me. If it were free of charge, I might not complain, but they are charging for that crap.
 
NVM, the rep was nice enough to give me a refund of $5 back because of that. I love newegg's customer service! :D
 
My DHL/USPS status shows delivered for some ram I ordered last weekend. Unfortunately it is not in my mailbox as I would have expected. This is the first time with thousands of dollars of past orders that I have had a delivery problem.

I called USPS and they have initiated a tracking/investigation. If there is anyone at Newegg reading this, can you PM me and let me know if there is anything Newegg can do to assist. Thanks.
