Ive ordered a total of eight of these 400GB Seagate drives from Frys since October 7200.10 is clearly on the label of ever one of my eight.They were all listed as 7200.9 model on Fry's website.Dont take that as any gurantee you will get 7200.10's but that is what i got.

So you should definitely put YMMV.
There is no proof that Fry's will ship 7200.10 now when they have listed 7200.9 for sale.

Uh...it's always been listed as 7200.9s, it's Seagate that has swapped them internally for 7200.10s. Fry's doesn't swap anything.
