At least the seller is honest about it being fake as well as its origins. I laughed at the price, so I thought it was funny. Well worth the click.

Makes you wonder how many of erek's ebay links have later turned out to be fake or dishonest sellers? Even worse, the product is fake, the seller is legit; however, the seller has been completely oblivious for some time to the authenticity of their collection - well, until they try to offload it to someone who brings things to light.

It makes one wonder...
 
The more I think about it, this isn't some guy selling his fake box on ebay...

It's a resume.
 
That's not a fake box, that's a work of art. $1000 is pretty cheap when you take into account the time and effort put into it. If someone can crappily weld together some scrap and sell it for $300+ at an art fair this is well worth what he's asking.
 
My only beef is that it looks like legitimate cardboard that he used, not the thick poster board type stuff that I remember my Voodoo card having.
