Thoughts on the above for $500 right now? Either I suck at searching, or it appears no one is talking about this monitor yet. On paper, it seems like a nice fit, although I have no experience with Monoprice's reputation when it comes to monitors.

I'm currently rocking an old LG 34UM95-P, which I planned to stack as a secondary monitor above it, and use this ultrawide as my new primary (with a pair of portrait 24" on the sides for work).

that's not a bad panel. Probably uses the same VA panel being used on Predator, ROG and AGON screens. I've seen these things in action and they are pretty amazing.

I rolled the dice on a Korean 4k screen and was not disappointed, monitors all use a handful of panels, so it's hard to go wrong if you know what panel you're getting into.

All other issues aside, this monitor is simply too small.

This was gonna be my choice until a Viotek came along under $400 that I couldn't say no to. No regrets so far, but this one will stay on my radar should anything go wrong.
