2nd stick of DDR4-3000 CL15-15-15-35 only runs at 15-17-17-39

Howdy,

So I built a new rig last weekend and had a bad stick of G.Skill DDR4-3000 - one of two 16gb sticks that was preventing a POST.

I got my new set of 32gb (2 16gb sticks) today and after some games in the BIOS got it to run at 3000mhz, but the latency's will only boot up at 15-17-17-39. When I had one stick it was running at 15-15-15-35 as advertised.

Do I care? It seems stable.

What would my options be? Try another set of ram? Mess with voltage? Or is this the best this DDR4 is gonna run on this MSI Z170A Gaming motherboard?

Yeah think I'm good. I may mess with some other settings later but sometimes good enough is good enough.
