1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming mostly, some photoshop and minor video editing.
Games include: Starcraft 2, WoW, Left 4 Dead 2, CS1.6/Source, Black Ops, Rift

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$1150 not including shipping/tax.
3) Where do you live?
Overland Park, Kansas. I live less than 5 minutes from a Micro Center.
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU, MOBO, RAM, PSU, GPU, CASE, DVD-ROM, HDD.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
None. Just Monitor/Mouse/Keyboard.
6) Will you be overclocking?
I want the ability to, but I dont want it to be the focus of my build. So the answer is yes, but not right away. I hear hitting 4ghz is easy on the 2500k but I would need to upgrade the stock cooler. Let's keep that as a future project.
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
I have a 22" monitor 1920x res 2ms.
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Within this next week.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? etc.
I just want a single videocard for now, with the ability to add a 2nd one for SLi in the future. I have always bought Nvidia because of Digital Vibrance support. Does ATi have a "Digital Vibrance" equivalent these days?
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes. Windows 7 64 bit.

Ditch the RAM as you won't notice an iota of difference between that RAM and this RAM:
$78 - G.Skill Value Series F3-10600CL9D-8GBNT 2 x 4GB DDR3 1333 RAM

Once you factor in shipping, the better CM 690 II Advance case is only $10 more:
$90 - Cooler Master CM690 II Advance ATX Case

Besides that, looks solid to me.

Sweet. Thanks man.

Few questions about the GTX 570. Is it worth it? I want a beastmode card and this seems to be it.

I've lurked a few thread and seen people talking about getting the 6950 and flashing it to a 6970? Is this equal or better than a GTX570? Seems like it could save me $80-100 bucks. Then I could use that towards a SSD.

IMO, no. The HD 6950 and HD 6970 have a better bang for the buck value over the GTX 570.

The HD 6870 is faster than the GTX 570. However I wouldn't factor in the HD 6950's ability to be flashed to the HD 6870 as a factor.
