There was one statement in the video that was literally incorrect and that is there is no place to report specific game malfunctions. The Intel arc support forum is actively monitored by the driver team devs and Arc users can generally expect a response by the dev team reps within a week and the driver teams work to begin troubleshooting shortly there after.
