24inch 1920 x 1200 true 8bit ips 6ms or faster with glossy screen for 300ish?

I went to best buy today, and found out I really love glossy screens, even in best buy the reflections didn't bother me and I loved the image quality. and where I play I control the ambient light.

does anyone know if glossy monitors increase eye strain

anways im looking for reccomendations if anyoe can help
 
Ferrari on a Ford budget... probably not going to find one new of decent quality for that budget.
 
for 300ish, go with the korean 27" 1440p, they can be easily overclocked to 96Hz (or 120Mh if you're lucky). You don't even need to turn on any AA at that resolution.
