Im trying to see if there will be a drop in msata drives and regular ssd @ 500+ GB.

Im wondering what black friday brings.

I'd be surprised if we don't see some good BF deals on SSDs, but historically those are usually limited to the 120/256GB flavors. This year may be different, of course.
 
I would be extremely happy with a recent generation Crucial, Intel or Samsung drive with double this capacity for double this price..

There is a $30 off $125 deal going on TigerDirect.com, using MasterPass at checkout. That and using the $10 off $100 "rebate" from coupons.com (card linked offers). I got the Crucial MX100 512GB SSD for $177.21 shipped. I think shipping was $4.22. I got the confirmation from coupons.com and TigerDirect of my order. So I am excited.
