i haven't been keeping up with 24" panels, but this seems to be a great price. it's a $400 when new, so even after s+h (around $20 for me, will probably be closer to $30 for states furthest from CA) it's still about half off from new.

qualifies for a squaretrade warranty if you're paranoid about purchasing a refurb / recert.

eCost is not all that great. However, I did order a Jawbone headset from them. It came to me with a big defective sticker right on the front the box. Needless to say the thing did not work all that great. I just sent them a nasty email complaining that I wanted my money back and they refunded the money and told me not even to bother sending the headset back to them. Kinda weird, but I got my money back so I am happy.
 
Yeah, I'm 1 for three with working products from Ecost. Of course the 1 that worked was the cheapest thing I bought (a sansa View.)
 
wow California must tax just as bad as ohio does lol
