23-24" AS-IPS coming soon?

so does anyone know if there are any widescreen 23" or 24" AS-IPS going to be realeased soon? cause after the review of the NEC 20" that uses the techonlogy, I think this is the best technology to get, but are there larger screens coming out soon. cause I'd really hate to spend that much money on a 20" when a 24" (even thought a bit more pricey) is right around the corner.
 
As far as I know, NEC is not going to launch a 23" widescreen monitor within the next (at least) 6 months. Essentially, they will not release in near future nothing larger than 20" and based on the new LG.Philips panel.However, as this is one expensive piece of technology you may probably expect price premium when such monitor emerge on the market.
