Yeah, I bought it in miami for 800 bucks, but i had to pay 400 more when they found it in my suitcase in the airportPunx_Clever said:Hah, I got the same laptop. It is pretty damn nice for the price.

I went to miami for vacation and i bought the laptop for 800 dollars, when you travel to another country the maximum amount of money in things you can buy is 300, not including clothes food or stuff like that, yes cameras, computers, hardware, etc. So if you buy more than 300 dollars you have to pay a tax at the airport which is 50% of what you have bought, in this case 400 dollars.TSS Modder said:wanna elaborate for those of us who dont travel very often?![]()

What you mean saying "Work (games)", you play videogames for a living?Steve said:Work (games). Each station has it's own set of consoles.
Steve said:well, we have put together a new [H]Console office for doing game/console specific content. I have made three workstations for myself and two editors. Each of the 3 stations has:
A high-end workstation PC, 19" LCD, both have GF6800GT, 3GHz P4s, 1GB Corsair, ATi TV-Wonder capture cards to run video in (console gaming on their LCDs)
Each station has a Playstation 2, GameCube, Xbox, PSP, Xbox 360 and a DS.
Two of the workstations share a 32" LCD HDTV that has dual RGB Component, dual SVideo, etc. so they can take turns using it for high res gaming / review purposes.
We have an InFocus 5700 HD projector an 100" pull down screen for seriously big screen gaming / DVD movies.
The couch, weights and DVDs are for relaxing when not working.
