2 or 3 monitor display (vertical) with tiny bezels?

I'm getting frustrated with my choices (and failures) at procuring something decent at 24"-26" and I need something now.

The reality is I don't want just 1080 lines of vertical space found in most 24" displays - I want/need 1200.

So for smaller displays this si what I"m looking for:
* Great colors.
* Great response time.
* Low input lag.
* High refresh rate.
* Low color banding.

The perfect display would end up being 3360x1200 (two 1680x1200)'s side by side. Or maybe 3 smaller displays (rotating the displays vertically) and taking their native 1440x900 to: 2700 x 1440
I'd be happt wit either setup but since I knon nothing about surround and how hard it is on video cards and who monitors have displays conducive to this I need help. I'd like any feedback or advice possible.
