2.5" drive USB enclosure not working in Vista

I have a 60gig laptop hard drive that I have in a 2.5" USB drive enclosure, that works fine on all of my XP Pro systems, but when I plugged it into my sole Vista machine, it says it's detected and ready, but drive does not show up in explorer or in the Drive Management panel.

Anyone else have this problem and or have some suggestions?
