19 inch two post slide out vented shelf?

I'm having trouble finding the ideal slide out 6-12ish inch tray to put a switch and router on in a cabinet. Preferably vented.

I want to find a light duty two post 19 inch slide out tray that doesn't have screws or other extrusions that extend into the sidewall area.

The cabinet this tray would be going in has solid sides and a lot of the slide out shelves are four post, have adjustment screws sticking off them or are just completely over built.

What have you used that you like? Any ideas?
 
I've seen IKEA end tables used as stack-a-racks.

I already have the cabinet and looking for a tray.
 
Close but those rear dog ears don't look like they are user removable.
