18.4" portable 4K monitors...any good?

I've noticed a number of 18.4" 4K IPS portable monitors for sale. For example:

I'm guessing they are all using the same panel?

Anyone have any experience with these? They would very useful for me but I don't want junk...

Those look pretty good, but they have a pretty low brightness. It would be fine inside, but outside might not be possible. I have a similar monitor that has a 450cd/m2 brightness although a little smaller and it struggles in daylight.

Yup. And stupefyingly, laptops seem to not care about breaking past the 500 limit. Yes, I know power is an issue with these batteries, but most of the beefier laptops need to be plugged to go full-tilt anyway. I'd like to see a 600 or 700 laptop for outdoor viewing. Even my phone's at 800 nits now, and it really does help in bright sunlight.
