Last time i bought a PSU i bought an HX620 many years ago and never looked back. Now i have sold that system and its time for a new build.

There are many options and im just curious for some input.

I wont need any more than 750 watts, modular is MUCH preferred but i can live without if the price is right.
 
2500K, GTX 570 SLI possibly down the road.

Thats the one i was looking at because its on sale.
 
$150 should get you just about the best for your needs; pick a Wattage/amperage, then shop reviews, including jonnyguru.
 
I bought that same Seasonic in May for my 2600k system, it is awesomely quiet since the fan is off at low loads at while gaming my 560ti is louder then anything else either way.

And 750 watts is plenty for any moderate system or most sli setups unless you are really pushing a overclock or doing max HDDs and multiple GPUs and if you need more your budget would probably be higher too and 80plus Gold is a nice bonus for when you idle if only for less heat and noise.
