You really need to get that 12v up to 25amps to run your system and a X1950 pro. I think the X1950pro wants 8amps by it self.

I decided to research to determine what power supply would have only 14A on the 12V line.

Upon going to Logisys' site and finding the unit: http://www.logisyscomputer.com/viewsku.asp?SKUID=PS500AC&DID=Main

I realized it was a 'bling'-type power supply. They do not even have the specifications for the power supply on their web site.

A look at directron's site, which has pictures of the supply, appears to reveal that there is no specification sticker on the sides or top:
http://www.directron.com/ps500ac.html

Eventually, I found specs here which do conform with the OPs statement:
http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=PS500AC&cpc=SCH&srm=0

+12 V, 14 A.

Conclusion?
I wouldn't trust this to power the night light that keeps my Beagle from howling and keeping me up at night.

I echo the suggestion of a Corsair HX520 for the dollar, I have also always had good luck with Enermax. The FMA series is not modular, but they are built rock solid.
