I probably wouldn't buy from a seller with 1 feedback (zero feedback in the past year), but I get PayPal/eBay protection would be in place.

Pretty wasteful reason to sell though - "I am wanting to sell this card because I have my eyes on a Msi Lightning z or x 1080ti"

No but it'll impact the warranty.... Asus warranty are serial based.

The odd thing about eBay that I noticed lately is that there are alot of 0 feedback accounts bidding prices up on auctions - especially when the bid price stalls out way too low. Either the seller is using fake accounts to bid it up himself or something when things slow down too much. Meh, I'm done with ebay auctions - BIN or nothing at all.
