Things just seem to be getting worse for Yahoo lately. A U.S. District Judge has ruled that the company must face a class action lawsuit for sending unsolicited text messages to Sprint cell phone owners.

Yahoo Inc was ordered by a Chicago federal judge on Monday to face a class action lawsuit accusing the Internet company of sending unsolicited text messages to Sprint Corp cellphone users in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. U.S. District Judge Manish Shah said the users could sue as a group over messages sent in March 2013 because their claims had enough in common.

Now, if only they would go after Carmen and her "Final Notices" about my credit card rates.

People are suing because of an incoming message that doesn't affect billing? During one month? I must be missing something.

I just don't see how they can prove any damages... as an example.

As an example?! I really need to stop trying to keep more than one Congo going at a time. I'm losing it lol
