The crew at ThinkComputers say that the MSI Z170A SLI Plus is a solid motherboard that has just what you need at a price you can afford.

The motherboard I am talking about is the Z170A SLI Plus which features two shielded PCI-Express slots that support SLI and CrossFire, a 32 Gb/s M.2 slot, USB 3.1, and six SATA 6GB/s ports. As you can guess this board is designed for people who will be using two graphics cards and do not need all of the extra things on many of the motherboards we see on the market."

I actually received this board today. Its very nice if you want a stripped down Z170 platform, no LED lights/gaming NIC/super-duper onboard sound or any other stuff you don't need. Can't comment on OC'ing as I'm running it with an i3 waiting for the 6700k to stop being out of stock everywhere but the board seems to be of good quality so far.

I take it back, way too many problems.
