The fellas at eTeknix have published a review of the Xigmatek Octans mini-ITX gaming chassis today. If you haven't seen it yet, the chassis is rather interesting looking. Hit the link to check it out.

There’s a lot of demand out there right now for smaller chassis, that are still just that little bit bigger, suitable for those that still want high-end graphics cards and other gaming hardware, but in a form factor that’s not too difficult to pick up and transport; a popular requirement for those who visit LAN gaming events.

I'm not sure what you're looking at, but the PSU is in the front of the case under the drive bays.

That plain flat front jutting prowl looks like something is missing, like a glowy grill or status display or something.
 
Overbuilt shell slapped onto flimsy panels.
