TWC May Have Found a Buyer in French Telecom Altice

Time Warner Cable has been generating a lot of interest lately, ever since the merger with Comcast fell apart. The latest in a long line of potential buyers is French Telecom giant, Altice. The company is presently in serious talks with Time Warner and is seeking financing to make a serious bid for the cable company.

The French group has “held talks” with the service provider about a potential buyout, the Wall Street Journal and Reuters confirm.

hopefully something good will come from whoever they sell too....twc is a terrible company, I hate to ever have to call them..

Knowing what I know about French ISPs, this doesn't sound promising to me.

I'm on Twc and I can promise you there are far worse.
