Anyone suddenly feeling much older? :D Apache, the open source web server software was created in 1995 by an association of 21 webmasters, calling themselves The Apache Group. Apache now powers about half of the servers on the Internet. Happy Birthday to Apache. :cool:

In 1995 a small group of webmasters created some open saucy server software which later became the Apache Group. The software can now be seen in more than 500 million websites, around half the internet.

I'm using Apache on my Quadra 950 with a Mototola 68040, both system and CPU which were released long before Apache! :D
But nice job guys, this program scales incredibily well.
