The 860m Maxwell and 850m. The 960m is the exact same chip as the 860m Maxwell with an overclock on the core of 68MHz (105MHz on boost) and the same memory clocks. I haven't seen the 950m clocks yet to tall you how much they've improved.
 
They might just be tuned 850/860M units, but this is still arguably more important than the 970/980M releases -- this is what you'll see in laptops that aren't big desktop replacements.

Look out for the GTX 965m if you want maxwell 2.0.
 
Nvidia's shady and inconsistent handling of their notebook chip branding has made me truly not give a shit about any of their notebook-oriented press releases.
