Windows 93 Is Real, and It's Spectacular

Whoa, it's weird that it uses the PS1 boot-up sound, cuz I've been using that as my boot-up sound on every PC I've had since 2001. Though for a while I did use the American Sega Saturn boot-up sound several years ago, and I've been planning on changing it to the Neo-Geo boot jingle just as soon as I find a good source file. Would also like to use Japanese Sega Saturn boot sound.

Ha, back in the day I used to always imagine what a Windows '93 would look like. I gotta find some time to mess around with this here browser-based OS simulation.

Wait, there is a sound when you boot into windows.

Who'd have thought!!

Hasn't BSOD after 5 mins of use, already more stable than Win 95.

its less flat than windows8 and the visual direction MS is going in general.

I like 93 octane. And Microsoft should have named it exactly that. Because the color schemes are probably exactly what people see when hallucinating from the effects of huffing gas/paint/aerosol.

You mean math coprocessor ;). 93 started the modern era

I love when FPUs were called math co-processors.
Ah, the good old days.

I liked it even better when they were separate chip.
80X87 and 6888X ftw!

More like Windows Not Funny Edition.
This.

As someone who was pushed to use "Chicago" on my primary desktop at work, there wasn't a gap between Windows 3.1 and Windows 95, just an increasing number of betas. :p
