Zalman issued a statement on Thursday reassuring its customers that the company isn’t going under despite the actions of its parent company. The company is question is Moneual, recently charged with cooking the books to secure loans.

So it seems likely Zalman is going to survive and continue to offer cooling solutions for the PC market.

Good, I hope they do survive. I never like seeing well-known and generally well-regarded companies and brands get taken out.
 
It's nice they're stick around! I've bought some stuff from them recently and its top notch. Be a shame for a good company to go out because the parent company got greedy.
 
Glad to see them hanging in there. Zalman is quality in my book.
 
Once again, people are falsely conflating "bankruptcy" with "going out of business." While there is a fair percentage of overlap, lots of companies that go through bankruptcy, restructure, and continue operations.
