Hell yeah! This is how I would be celebrating too if I had that kind of money! :D

Total waste of money my god you could do so much with that much coin.
Seriously Minecraft ? why not make Windows 9 not look like a pile of shit.
 
$2.5B is a pretty small price to pay for the next generation of gamers and coders.

I have kids. I can not tell you for sure how much Minecraft related stuff we have, but it's quite a bit. I might not let them on public servers, but they will play the hell out of some Minecraft and watch youtube vids on it all day e'ery day.

Beats most of the rest of the M rated AAA stuff out there. My kids learned how to set up their own server and how to mod by themselves, and they are both in elementary school.
