I'd do a 60/30/10 on dev/charity/humble personality. I don't think charities are all that charitable, a lot of their money goes back into marketing their charity.
 
How HB does it, I dunno.. but I grabbed this last week and starting play Daikatana for the first time. I guess JR finally made me his bitch.
