Thermaltake Smart SP-850M 850W Power Supply Review - Thermaltake has been hit and miss in the power supply department over the years. It has produced some excellent PSUs and some that were just "good," and others that did not meet ATX12V specification. Thermaltake comes to us today with its Smart Series PSU that touts Bronze efficiency with its semi-modular design.

I picked this unit up for a song and a dance, caught a random sale at a Best Buy in Houston along with a $25 rewards card credit, and walked out for less than 81 bucks!

I do not find a noisy fan at all, it's solid power from a well known brand "It just works".

A burning smell and you passed it? I would not have.
