Google Project Loon Balloon Circles Globe

In the Bay area you have Comcast, ATT and (best of all) Astound in some locations. If Astound isn't the US's best cable company/ISP, they have to be close to that. I just wish they were available in more areas.
 
It'll probably be covered with Google creeper cameras to watch android owners that turn off their GPS more closely.

you can check if you qualify for sonic.net fusion.

Otherwise sonic.net offers regular DSL services. You still have to have ATT phone service though to get their regular DSL.
 
No Astound, no Sonic.net Fusion, and DSL here is 3 miles from an office (god knows why) so it's slower than balls.
 
The funny part is, there's an internet backbone facility half a mile from my place, I can hear its god damn cooling fans at night.
