Found it, free to play, apparently....from Crytek

Warface is an all-action online shooter from Crytek, which first launched for PC before Warface Xbox 360 Edition

I've been playing off and on since the initial beta. It is similar to Blacklight: retribution or Hawken as a play for credits or buy credits FPS. It has a couple of neat mechanics but the maps are too small. However it has a good following in Europe has when I do play the European servers have more matches and more players.
