MSI's Radeon R9 290X Gaming comes with the company's well known TwinFrozr dual-fan cooler, which should improve temperatures and noise levels over the AMD reference design significantly. The card is also overclocked out of the box for some extra performance.

So why compare a review of a R9 290X to your review of a R9 280x? Not the first time you've done that recently......
 
What's wrong with comparing a 290X against a 280X? I wish they include mining rate standard as that's translatable to GPU compute performance in general. 290X is noticeably faster than 280X for gaming but the gap for mining rate is smaller.
 
I think that there's a little wording problem there. It is made to sound as if the [H]'s review is of the 290X too.
