Ionut Budisteanu, first place winner of the 2013 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair, was named one of the 16 Most Influential Teens of 2013 by TIME magazine. Budisteanu, 19, of Romania, was featured alongside other famous teens, including Justin Bieber and Malia Obama. Notably, Budisteanu won $75,000 from the Intel Foundation for using artificial intelligence to create a low cost, self-driving car.
