FTC to Begin Planning Regulations for the “Internet of Things”

We all know how the FTC likes to regulate all things great and small. Now the government agency has turned its attention to “Internet of Things”; things which have no relevancy to the Internet, but can be controlled through the Internet.

The industry is a relatively new one, and current FTC definitions applied to things like Web privacy could end up expanded or otherwise tweaked.
