Hold on, weren't these the two that got RIM in trouble in the first place, consistently failed to deliver, eventually stepped down as CEO, raked in millions afterward...now they want to take over the company? Seems like a good idea. ;)

The filing also confirms that that the pair have enlisted the help of Goldman Sachs and Centerview Partners as they explore their options, which they say includes "a potential acquisition of all the outstanding shares of the issuer that they do not currently own, either by themselves or with other interested investors."

More then likely you'll see Blackberry exist as a cheap Android phone in the future.

Wow, who cares?

Seriously, I don't think anyone cares what happens to BlackBerry at this point.

Man, aren't they just a sucker for punishment...and it doesn't involve bondage and whips.

Blackberry couldn't adapt. They failed. This is what business evolution in the private enterprise market looks like. Too bad, so sad.
