Hopefully having a new director means we won't see a headshot of Dotcom every time there is something related to Mega in the news. :D

Flamboyant internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom has resigned as a director of his Mega data storage empire to focus on his efforts on fighting extradition to the United States and other projects. Dotcom resigned as a director of Mega on Aug 29, and was replaced by Hong Kong-based Bonnie Lam the same day, according to filings to the Companies Office.

Hopefully NZ doesn't extradite him.

Probably all depends on the amount of political contributions...There's deep pockets the media industry can provide. The question is whether Kim is rich enough or willing to match those contributions.

Kim has a pretty good case. What the US & NZ govt did was dodgy as f**k.

They seem to be getting worse. NZ passed a bill to make that sort of spying legal. This after the judge found them in the wrong etc.
