Even though this case drug on forever, I think it's safe to say that it paid off for Harmonix in the end...literally. ;)

The Delaware Supreme Court ruled against Viacom yesterday in the company's years-long court dispute with Harmonix over bonus payments, and the media conglomerate must now pay the $299 million it owes to the studio's former stockholders.

didnt Viacom buy Harmonix for hundreds of millions and then ended up years later selling it all back for just $1 or so... now they own em hundreds of millions more.
