Seasonic Power Supplies Ready for Intel's Haswell Processors

In addition, our 80 PLUS® Bronze line up, consisting of the M12II-750 & 850W models, is also compatible to be used with Intel's new Haswell Processors.
 
Yet that lowest power rating shown is 360 watts, which is still way more than needed for many low power systems. Power efficency drops off when you draw less than 20% of the rated power, which would be 72 watts for the 360 watt model.

My HTPC, i3 with dual 2TB green drives, an SSD and dual tuner cards, only draws around 40 watts, even when recording 6 channels at the same time. Even peak draw at atartup is less than 120 watts.
Would love to be able to buy a 150/200 watt 80+ supply to lower the power usage even more.

Yup, in the same position. I have a 625W power supply in my HTPC (leftover from when it had an Extreme CPU and high-end GPU.) But now? A 200W would handle it at max load just fine.

What are the "new technical requirements" ? Or is it marketing bullshit?
