May the 4th is the day chosen by the fans as a day of remembrance for the start of a franchise that influenced many young minds and brought science fiction/fantasy genre out of the shadows and into the mainstream. This is stupid, they make such a big deal about this and it's only a very small number of people who don't think this is lame. I'm a Star Wars fan but I think this is one of those media-manufacturered B.S. things.
