The Pirate Bay is living up to its namesake and sailing into historic pirate waters in the Caribbean. Under increasing legal pressure, The Pirate Bay has moved its Jolly Roger to the tiny island nation of Sint Maarten, controlled jointly by the Dutch and the French in hopes of finally outrunning the legal entanglements of Sweden. Aarg, matey! :D

The move comes just a few days after the infamous BitTorrent site switched to the Iceland-based domain, following suspicions that the Swedish authorities would go after the .se domains.

I thought it was hosted in a number of places for protection? Or is that just the trackers?
 
Good luck with that especially if it is going to the french side (surrender monkeys) :) .
