Debian 7 Release Date Announced

Debian 7, better known as ‘Wheezy’, finally has a confirmed release date. The Debian Release Team has announced that the first full version update in 27 months will take place on May 4-5.

We now have a target date of the weekend of 4th/5th May for the release. We have checked with core teams, and this seems to be acceptable for everyone.
