You have to hand it to the plotters and schemers out there in the Internet badlands for constantly inventing new ways to part you from your money. This ploy actually uses an old trick in reverse. Instead of merely reporting you for alleged child pornography, the malware actually shows child porn on your computer and then threatens action unless monetary demands are met.
