Let me get this straight, Megaupload thinks it is immune to prosecution because it helped U.S. prosecutors secretly go after its own users in the past?

Eighteen months before Megaupload’s operators were indicted in the United States, the company complied with a secret U.S. search warrant targeting five of its users, who were running their own file-sharing service using Megaupload’s infrastructure, according to interviews and newly unsealed court documents.

to be fair i think that makes them immune under safe harbor laws soo yea its legit
i dont see the issue here
 
oh and ether way it makes the US Gov't case look even more flimsy
