In a message posted on Facebook of all places, Victorinox announced that the company will begin refunding the full price of their USB-knife drives upon request. This announcement comes days after the Swiss Army Knife manufacturer pulled security support for the USB devices.

The storage on the drives will still be usable after 15 September but without this element they look like desperately poor value compared to the alternatives.

So does the USB drive fold out like the other stuff on the knife? Seems like it would make the knife way too wide for my tastes.
