Virtual Flight Over Asteroid Vesta

I wish they wouldn't do the terrain extrapolations. Sure it makes features look more dominating, but then you have to do mental gymnastics to guess at how they actually look.
 
If NASA is trying to inspire public interest (which they'll need if they ever want their budget back) with this... they are failing. Not very exciting.

yup, looks like a big, with-holes, rock. Now if there were a face or an obelisk built into the relief of the asteroid I'd be floored.
