I swear, I wasn't going to make a porn joke about this technology and how it can be used. Well, as it turns out, I didn't have to make the joke...the article did it for me:

How is this different from the vibrating motors in game console controllers since forever?

Was I the only one who thought touch screen phones for the blind when reading the headline?
 
Seriously, am I the only one more than a little sick of all my electronics vibrating?

I use the sixaxis for the PS3 because I hate the rumble feature, I turn off haptic feedback on my phones because the last thing I want is my phone vibrating every time I do something..ugh I am so completely over all my electronics buzzing my hand like some weird fetish device.
 
Can they make it powerful enough so that you could finally pummel telemarketers through the phone? That would be a serious win.
